ResultsManager 2.7.7 works on Windows Vista.

The ResultsManager wizard (ResultsMerlin) requires Microsoft's .Net Framework 1.1 and Service Pack 1 for .Net Framework 1.1 in order to install on Windows Vista. Without Service Pack 1 for .Net 1.1, the ResultsMerlin installation will stop with a DEP error. This is not fixed by disabling DEP or giving the ResultsMerlin installer individual permission. Service Pack 1 for .Net 1.1 is required.

Download links and instructions for .Net 1.1. and the associated service pack are at http://www.gyronix.com/dotnet.php.

We will be releasing an updated version of ResultsManager for .Net 2 as soon as possible.

Lastly, ResultsManager "Vista" edition was named when Microsoft were still referring to "Longhorn". It does not indicate that ResultsManager is intended for use on Windows Vista. We're flattered that Microsoft should choose the same name!
